DISN was established in March, 1988 by Michael A. Baron, M.D. with the goal of providing high quality, expedient service to referring physicians, while assuring that patients receive caring and professional treatment.  By providing valuable diagnostic information in a thorough and timely manner, DISN makes a significant contribution to the quality of patient care in Las Vegas.  

Michael A. Baron, M.D., Ltd (LTD) provides DISN’s radiological interpretations.  The physicians of  LTD are highly trained, board certified radiologists with Fellowship Training in the various Imaging disciplines.  In addition to providing DISN with interpretations, LTD serves other medical institutions, imaging centers and individual physicians in Southern Nevada and Northern Arizona with professional radiological interpretations.   The radiologists are also Consulting Faculty at Touro University Nevada. 

DISN has been recognized by several organizations as having the best MRI images in the entire country.  As a result of the superior quality of work performed at our facility, DISN’s images have been on display at the yearly Radiologic Society of North America (RSNA) Convention, the largest meeting of diagnostic imaging vendors and radiologists in the world.
